At TravelU we understand that plans may change. Below is our general refund and cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations by You (the Customer) * 7+ Days Before Departure: 80% refund (after deducting processing and vendor fees) * 3–6 Days Before Departure: 50% refund * Less Than 72 Hours Before Departure: No refund 2. Cancellations by Us * In case of cancellations due to weather, safety, or insufficient participation, we will offer: * A full refund, or * A travel credit for future use 3. Refund Processing * Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. * Booking fees, taxes, and third-party charges (airlines/hotels) may be non-refundable. 4. No Show / Missed Departures * No refund is applicable for “no-shows” or missed departures due to personal delays. Note: Some packages (like flight-inclusive or promotional offers) may have non-refundable clauses. Please check individual trip terms.
